Cinema Jove 2022 announces official selection lineup

Valencia International Film Festival Cinema Jove, accredited by FIAPF, has announced official selection lineup for 2022 festival, which takes place in Valencia from June 24-July 2, 2022.

The 37th Valencia International Film Festival Cinema Jove, that will take place in Valencia from 24th June to 2nd of July 2022, aims to promote young filmmakers. Cinema Jove is organized by the Valencian Institute of Culture – IVC, and it is accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF).

Cinema Jove 2022 lineup

The Valencia International Film Festival Cinema Jove has announced the official selection lineup in three competition sections: Feature Films, Short Films, Webseries.

Feature Films

A lineup of 10 feature movies have been selected to compete in the Feature Film competition section of the 37th Valencia International Film Festival Cinema Jove.

  • “Happiness (Baqyt)” (Kazakhstan), Directed by Askar Uzabayev

The Feature Films competition is juries by Elena S. Sánchez, Javier Marco, Federico Sartori, Ferit Karahan and Jasmila Žbanić.

A lineup of 57 short films have been selected to go on screen in Short Film competition section of the 37th Valencia International Film Festival Cinema Jove.
